talking to one of his friend/customers about his loaner phone. He was showing off and entertaining his friend. I simply walked off. What

was I going to do call him a name and get fired on the spot? Nah! I went to the back and fumed for a few minutes and decided to get even

regardless what the consequences might be.

I went out front to see him still laughing it up and noticed out the window that due to the hot day he had the sun roof of his Lincoln

Continental open to let the heat out . I thought to my self ” I really hate that car” . I went back to my lair in the shipping /receiving

warehouse to think and then it came to me. I had three giant boxes of Styrofoam peanuts! My heart was racing and I felt alive. I swiftly filled

that car to the top through that sun roof and disappeared, thankful it was a Friday and it was time to go home.

As I drove off I could see him standing outside his car with his hands in his pockets fuming mad. His right hand man tried to get me to

confess to the incident but I didn’t until a year later

when it was my last day and I was heading out the door “Oh Yeah!… You know that whole peanuts in your Lincoln thing…that was me.

…Well see ya!

And that’s why I don’t get mad I get even.
